Settlers Primary Uniform Shop
Settlers Primary School Uniform Shop is operated by VOLUNTEERS of the school’s P&C. The shop offers the school community competitively priced items that meet the school dress code. Any profit that is generated by the Uniform Shop is currently used to purchase stock on hand.
OPENING HOURS
During School Terms:
Friday 9:00am to 10:00am
Please note: Orders can be placed at School Reception if you are unable to make it during our opening hours or via the QKR app. Once orders are filled they will be held at the office for collection.
January opening hours prior to the commencement of Term 1 are notified in Term 4 of each school year. Please check school newsletters or with the school’s Administration Staff.

Clothing items are available in the following sizes: - 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 & 16
Selected items are available in size 2.
SECOND HAND ITEMS
Some second hand items in limited sizes are available in the Uniform Shop, please call in and browse. We gratefully accept donations of unwanted uniform items from the school community.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment at the shop is by Cash or Cheque only. EFTPOS facilities are NOT available.
PRE-ORDERS
We offer the convenience of pre-ordering items. Orders can be placed at anytime via the QKR app. Orders need to be placed by 2pm Thursday to be filled on a Friday subject to stock availability. Late orders will be filled the following week.
Uniform Pricelist/Order Forms are available from the Uniform Shop and the school Administration Office. Cash orders can be lodged directly at the Uniform Shop or left at the Administration Office in the Uniform Shop’s Order Box.
Parents will be notified once their order has been filled and is awaiting collection from the office.
BACK ORDERS
When an item is not available you will be advised and subsequently notified when the item comes into stock or where the item has been FULLY PAID it will be delivered to the child’s classroom. Back-ordered items will be put aside for a period of one month from the date of notification that the item has come into stock. All UNPAID items not collected within the one month period will be returned to the shelf.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase, and preferably with the shop’s Cash Register receipt or the completed Uniform Pricelist/Order Form that is attached to all pre-orders delivered to classrooms. Please do not remove tags from items or label your child’ until after you are satisfied with your purchase in order that we can easily return them to stock if necessary.
